The Careem Next Gen Program continues to empower over 150 talented engineers across Jordan, Egypt, and Pakistan. By working on real-world challenges alongside seasoned experts, our Next Gen engineers gain cutting-edge skills in areas like data science, software engineering, and infra engineering, preparing them to build technology at scale and lead the way forward.
