Careem's Next Gen Program
Careem Engineering's Next Gen graduate program aims to empower the region’s young tech professionals by equipping them with the skills and experience to thrive in the industry. Since its inception, the program has supported over 150 talented engineers across Jordan, Egypt, and Pakistan. Participants specialize in fields including data science, analytics, infrastructure engineering, and software development, gaining hands-on experience with Careem’s comprehensive tech stack.
